Trouble Sleeping (Insomnia): Although not as common, some individuals may experience difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
Upset Stomach or Nausea: Atlin may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort in some individuals.
Depression or Mood Changes: While rare, some people may experience changes in mood or symptoms of depression.
Shortness of Breath or Wheezing: Atlin can, in rare cases, exacerbate breathing difficulties in individuals with certain pre-existing respiratory conditions.
Unusual Dreams: Some individuals may experience vivid or unusual dreams while taking Atlin.
Serious Side Effects (Rare)
Allergic Reactions: This can include rash, itching, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms.
Irregular Heartbeat (Arrhythmia): Although Atlin is often used to treat irregular heartbeats, it can, in rare cases, cause abnormal heart rhythms.
Worsening Heart Failure: Atlin may not be suitable for individuals with severe heart failure.
Worsening of Circulation Problems: In rare cases, Atlin can worsen blood flow to the extremities in individuals with certain circulation problems.
