Who Should Not Use Zopent?

What is the Recommended Daily Dosage of Zopent?
Zopent Tablet dosage administration should always 1 hour before a meal.
Adult Dose: Take one tablet Zopent 20mg twice daily in combination with antibiotic for the treatment of duodenal ulcers and stomach ulcers caused by bacterium called Helicobacter pylori. The usual treatment period is one to two weeks.
To treat esophageal reflux disease: The usual dose is one tablet 20mg daily, the dose can be increased by the doctor as 2 tablets 20mg daily.
To treat stomach and duodenal ulcers: The usual dose is one tablet 20mg daily, the dose can be increased by the doctor as 2 tablets 20mg daily.
The treatment period for stomach ulcers is usually dose required for 4 to 8 weeks.
The treatment period for duodenal ulcers is usually dose required for 2 to 4 weeks.
To treat Zollinger-Ellison-Syndrome: The usual dose is 2 tablets 20mg or one tablet 40mg in a day.
Children below 12 years. Zopent tablets are not recommended for use in children below the age of 12 years.
