Ruling capsule is primarily used in hyperacidity-related problems such as heartburn, indigestion, and stomach pain. It belongs to a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) medication used to treat various gastrointestinal disorders, such as:

Ruling works by irreversibly binding to and inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme (also known as the proton pump) in the parietal cells of the stomach.
