Reltus DM syrup is generally well-tolerated when used as directed. However, there are certain situations in which its use may be contraindicated or should be approached with caution.

Contraindications:

1. Hypersensitivity or Allergy: Reltus DM Syrup should not be used in individuals who have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan, pseudoephedrine, or any of the other components of the formulation.
