Morcet Tablet Uses

Morcet tablet is primarily used for patients who suffer from Depression and anxiety. It is an anti-depressant medication that belongs to a class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Following are some common uses of Morcet Tablet:

There are some important contraindications that should be considered before using Morcet tablet.

Allergy or Hypersensitivity: Individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Morcet or any other components of the medication should avoid its use.

Concurrent Use of Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs): Morcet should not be used within 14 days of discontinuing MAOIs or in combination with reversible MAOIs. This combination can lead to a potentially life-threatening condition called serotonin syndrome.
