Byscard, like any medication, has certain contraindications, which are situations or conditions in which the use of Byscard is not recommended or should be avoided.

• Hypersensitivity or Allergy: Individuals who have a known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to Byscard or any of its components should not use this medication.
• Severe Bradycardia: Byscard can decrease heart rate as a part of its mechanism of action. It should be avoided in individuals with a resting heart rate less than 60 beats per minute (bradycardia) or individuals who have experienced symptoms of bradycardia, such as dizziness, fainting, or fatigue, as it may further slow the heart rate and lead to cardiovascular complications.
• Severe Heart Failure: Byscard is not recommended for use in individuals with severe heart failure (New York Heart Association class IV) who require inotropic therapy (medications to increase the heart’s pumping ability).
• Cardiogenic Shock: Byscard is contraindicated in individuals with cardiogenic shock, a severe condition where the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet the body’s needs.
