Modrin tablet is a combination of anti-depressant and antipsychotic medication that is primarily used to treat schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. It is also sometimes used to treat severe depression and anxiety.

Modrin Each Tablet Contains:

• Nortriptyline (HCl): 10mg
• Fluphenazine: 0.5mg

1. Hypersensitivity or Allergy: If you are allergic to Nortriptyline, Fluphenazine, or any other tricyclic antidepressants or antipsychotic medications, it would be contraindicated to use Modrin tablet.
2. Cardiovascular Issues: Modrin tablets can affect the cardiovascular system.
