Frusemide B.P. ………………. 40 mg
Amiloride Hydrochloride B.P… 5 mg

Indications

Duride is indicated where diuresis is required and where magnesium and potassium conservation is important e.g., in fluid retention due to cardiac, hepatic, or renal disorders and in hypertension.

Dosage and Administration

Depending on the severity of clinical condition, up to two tablets of Duride may be administered daily, preferably in the morning.
