Effects on Ability to Drive and Use Machines
In man, psychomotor function has been investigated extensively and no effect was found at recommended therapeutic dose. A study focused on car driving ability indicated that ebestine did not induce any driving impairment even at 30 mg. Based on these results, Kestine at recommended therapeutic doses does not affect the ability to drive and operate machine.
Directions to Use
- Kestine tablets are scored in order to allow breakability and flexibility in dose administration

Overdose
Single doses of 50 to 90 mg (5 to 9 times the recommended therapeutic dose (have been well tolerated and do not affect vital constants. Up to date, no case has been reported on ebastine intoxication If there is any sign of intoxication, proceed to gastric washing and administration of the appropnate symptomatic maintenance treatment.
