The Ginseng Extract G115 is prepared from roots of the genuine Ginseng. It contains a standardized amount of active ingredients. The included vitamins, minerals and trace elements are essential substances which generally cannot be produced by the body itself. The dosage of the active ingredients in Geriatric Pharmaton is adapted to the daily requirements of the human body.
Dosage
The recommended amount of Geriatric Pharmaton is one capsule twice daily, preferably one right after the breakfast and one after the lunch. After two or three weeks, the dose should be reduced to one capsule daily after the breakfast.
It is best to swallow Geriatric Pharmaton without chewing the capsule. If you find it difficult, cut the capsule, and mix the inner content with some honey or marmalade before taking.
