• Hypersensitivity: Individuals who have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to Bromazepam or other benzodiazepines should not use Sambro tablets.
• Myasthenia Gravis: Sambro tablet is contraindicated in individuals with the neuromuscular disorder known as myasthenia gravis, as it can worsen muscle weakness.
• Severe Respiratory Insufficiency: Sambro tablet can depress the respiratory system, and it is contraindicated in individuals with severe respiratory insufficiency, including conditions like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
• Sleep Apnea: Due to its respiratory depressant effects, Sambro tablet is generally contraindicated in individuals with sleep apnea.
• Acute Narrow-Angle Glaucoma: Sambro tablet may increase intraocular pressure, and it is contraindicated in individuals with acute narrow-angle glaucoma.

The Recommended Dosage of Sambro (Benzodiazepine) is 1.5mg to 3mg Three Times Daily. In severe cases especially in Hospitals 6-12mg Two to Three Times Daily.
