The use of Provas N should be avoided if you have any allergies to either drug or any other ingredients found in the medication; have liver disease; kidney disease; high blood pressure; glaucoma; asthma or COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); are pregnant or breastfeeding; have any type of heart condition including irregular heartbeat or tachycardia (rapid heart rate); have difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate gland condition called BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia).

Additionally, do not use Provas N tablets with alcohol or other drugs containing acetaminophen because it can increase your risk for serious side effects including liver damage.
