Dulan Dose for Generalized Anxiety Disorder: Start with 60mg once daily, and the maintenance dose is 60 to 120 mg/day.

Dulan Dose for Pain: Start with 30 to 60 mg once daily, and maintenance dose: 60m/day.

Dulan Dose for Neuropathic Pain: Start with 30 to 60 mg once daily, and maintenance dose: 60 mg/day.
