Cefiget tablet is primarily used to treat bacterial infections in the ear, nose, and throat. It belongs to the cephalosporin family of antibiotics that has broad-spectrum activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Although Cefiget is an effective antibiotic, it should not be used without first consulting a doctor due to its contraindications. In the following conditions, Cefiget should not use:
